Generation of radiating defects in the copper irradiated by ions of aluminum

Abstract
Processes of radiation formation of defects in the copper irradiated by ions of aluminum are considered in the work. Algorithms of calculation of concentration of radiating defects are developed, presented in the form of block diagrams. The regularities of behavior of concentration of cascade areas in the copper irradiated by aluminum are revealed. Results of calculations are presented in the form of charts and tables.References
