Abstract

In this work the physical and mechanical properties of the new stimuli-sensitive copolymers based on butylacrylate and acrylic acid were studied with modern methods. The molecular weight and molecular-weight distribution of new polymers were identified by gel-permeation chromatography. The glass transition temperature, melting temperature, heat-absorption capacity and other indicators of the new copolymers were determined by means of the differential scanning calorimetry. Also mass changes depending on the time and temperature, automatic evaluation of the stage of mass loss, overweight were examined by the thermo-gravimetric analyzer.
