Сomparative hydrogenation of vegetable oils on palladium and nickel catalysts

Abstract

This article contains comparative characteristics of rapeseed and soybean oils hydrogenation on nickel and palladium catalysts under the same pressure and different temperatures. The function of hydrogenation rate from particle size for flax oil is shown. Palladium catalyst advantages are provided.
