Preparation method of biologically active substances from plants of Bunium seravschanicum, Carum black and Indian cumin.
Abstract
The bioactive complex of three types of cumin was studied by the method of supercritical fluid (SCF) СО2- extractor at first time. With the use of gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy (GC / MS) the comparative analysis of the distinguished concentrates was conducted and they found out to content sufficient amount of bioactive substances at the pressure of 200 Bar. At the pressure of 200 Bar the amount α -pinene in Carum black is 10,62 %, in Bunium seravschanicum - 12,37 %, in Indian - 3,26%.
